This is our newest project.  This is a milk/creamer cooler.  It is made out of 6mm white expanded PVC.  There are 10 ice packs installed in the cooler.  The challenge we had was to chill 4 round quart milk containers.  Due to the fact that  there is a problem making a lot of surface contact with a round container with flat ice packs we had to chill the container  base very efficiently.  We also made a lid out of expanded PVC to contain the cold.  Expanded PVC is a light weight material with great insulating qualities and also very cost effective.
